Since 1945, it has promoted international cooperation and fundamental freedoms by developing solutions to global issues such as refugees, children&#8217;s rights, racism, and women&#8217;s rights.<\/p><p>SOCHUM&#8217;s Key Features and Areas of Work:<br \/>Focus: Human rights, humanitarian affairs, social development, and cultural diversity.<br \/>Tasks: To investigate human rights violations, develop policies for social issues, and prepare reports on issues such as refugee crises and children&#8217;s rights.<br \/>Scope: Addresses issues involving specific groups such as children&#8217;s rights, women&#8217;s rights, indigenous peoples&#8217; rights, the rights of people with disabilities, crime prevention, and drug control.<br \/>Aim: To build a more just and humane world through international cooperation and to produce decisions that will affect the practices of member states.
